Startup Idea: Customizable CRM for Direct Sales/MLM Industry

Startup idea to develop a comprehensive and customizable client management program specially tailored for the Direct Sales/MLM industry. The tool will enable monitoring of 2500+ members, their sales trends, ordering behaviours, interactions, customer experience steps, and member referrals. It will also facilitate creating mailing labels and email distribution lists, and track recognition reward system and member status.

I work in the Direct Sales / MLM Industry. I have searched and searched for a client management program that will allow me to customize the things I need to track for our business. There is nothing out there and I must use a complex spreadsheet.

I need to be able to keep up with my 2500+ members in my organization and monitor sales trends and ordering behaviors. I also need to be able to document all my encounters with them (such as meetings or phone calls) and document steps in the customer experience. These would be almost like a check list. Enrollment in Autoship, one year anniversary, referrals of other members, and the like.

Also the ability to make mailing labels and email distribution lists would be instrumental in aiding me in communicating with this large number of people.

Also, I send out recognition for various things our customers do such as refer 8 friends etc. I would love a way to keep track of who has received what recognition gifts. The ability to run reporting on who had reached what status within our organization would be ideal.

I would pay for this software. Either a Lump Sum or a monthly subscription.
