Startup Idea: Shipping Employee Performance Tracker

Startup idea to develop a personal performance tracking software for shipping company employees to monitor the amount of packages they handle daily. This application will also calculate the average handled packages and allow employees to privately reflect on their work.

I work for a shipping company. there are a large amount of software used to trace the packages and the scans of each employee. Though the employees are always asking to know the specific amount of packages they have handled for the day. It would be nice if each individual had an app or computer login to know how well they are doing daily. it would also be beneficial to have an average of packages handled each day. This would benefit the company and the individual. Having a way to privately reflect on your work is better than having your work out for judgement by your equals. That would cause many problems. Having a software for personal use of the employees would raise interest in the daily work load.
