Startup Idea: Photography Location Finder App Idea

Startup idea to develop a mobile application that helps freelance photographers discover new shooting locations based on specific client preferences. The app should include a personal rating system factoring in aspects like natural lighting, ambiance, distractions, and restrictions, and should be compatible with major mobile platforms.

I am a freelance photographer and I work all over the state of Arizona by referral. I would like to find a way to find and track new photography locations. I often have clients who do not know what they wants and I find myself shooting at the same 3 locations. I'd like to be able to plug in my clients "likes" and generate different locations in my area that would be suitable for outdoor photography. It would be great if it could recommend other locations based on a personal rating system to include natural lighting, ambiance, distractions, or restrictions. I think this would be beneficial for photographers all over the world! It would need to be compatible on a mobile platform though, as a laptop is not always handy so compatible with Apple, Android, phone and tablet friendly. I would gladly pay for this software!.
