Startup Idea: Communication and Process Simplification Software

Startup idea to develop a software that simplifies communication across different levels of an IT firm, automating and accurately translating requirements from the leadership to execution levels.

I work for an IT firm and we have alot of people at different levels trying to communicate with each other to accomplish goals.

I Would think that communication would be a problem and being able to simplify all processes would be a great start. Something that could be automated and translate the requirements of all leaders would be ideal.

I would pay for the software. If it made communication easier.
