Startup Idea: PC Health Check And Repair Software for Airline Industry

Startup idea to develop a software that can efficiently scan, diagnose and repair PC health issues commonly faced by travel agents in airlines. The smarter health checker can be deployed via CD or bootable flash drive, enhancing work efficiency without interrupting operations.

I work for a major airline, specifically as a travel agent. My office receives well over 120,000 on a daily basis. Our job is to book or reroute tickets as well as solve any problems the average consumer may encounter during the flying process.

On a daily basis, I encounter technical issues- anywhere from my screen freezing to my entire system shutting down by itself. Our high speed internet is fine, it has to do with the health of our PC's which have not been properly maintained.

The software would need to be able to scan and diagnose a PC in a timely manner. Via CD or bootable flash drive may be the simplest because we could use it on all of the computers instead of shutting down operations to install a new program.

My company would immensely benefit from this software. Not only would it improve efficiency many of our agents would maybe enjoy working a little more.
