Startup Idea: Multi-Store Customer Information Retrieval System

Startup idea to develop a software that can synchronize customer data across several hundred retail stores, enabling employees to access necessary customer information for tasks like no receipt exchanges and tracking rewards card info.

With my work being in a retail base there are several hundred stores in my company. But we can not retrieve all the customer information from other stores unless they were already entered in both systems. My company does not understand the need for us to be able to do this. If we had it we could do no receipt exchanges and their rewards card info. And The bad part is the corporate office can view all the information from any store at any time. Even the District Manager can from his laptop.
