Startup Idea: Inventory and Loss Management Software for Food Production

Startup idea to develop a comprehensive software that would not only manage inventory for a food production company but also calculate potential losses due to accidents or theft. The software should automatically consolidate data such as the quantity ordered in the previous month, utilization, and variances, all on a single page, without manual calculations.

I work for a food production company.

We have software to calculate costs for our shipments in and out, but not to calculate losses through accidents or theft, we have to do that manually.

It would help greatly to have software to tell us how much we ordered for the previous month, how much was used in process, and how much difference there is all on one page without calculating. We would switch inventory programs if it would accomplish this as well.
