Startup Idea: Automatic Patient Data Redaction Software

Startup idea to develop a software feature that can automatically redact sensitive patient information on a document, allowing medical professionals to work on their documents more freely especially when in public spaces without having to worry about violating confidentiality agreements.

a button i can hit that will redact patient info. I want to be able to work on documents without having to close all the windows when someone walks in or i'm in public. i want a button i can click that will black out names and DOB, etc. while leaving just enough that I can know what i'm working with. i could work freely. and wouldn't lose time when i close it all out and then reopen. yes, minimally.
