Startup Idea: Personalized Weather Tracking Platform

Startup idea to develop a weather application that presents personalized weather forecasts based on user's preferences and tolerances for heat, cold, humidity, etc. User rates daily weather conditions and application learns from this to offer tailored weather alerts and suggestions.

I want an app or platform for tracking personalized weather! Everyone has different tolerances for heat, cold, humidity, etc. While I love summertime in Colorado, I hate it in Florida. It's just too humid for me. Instead of seeing weather projections on my phone and guessing as to whether or not I'll be uncomfortable in a different location or in the future, why doesn't the forecast tell me a little bit about how I will feel? It can gather this information over time by allowing me to rate the day's weather and how I feel. After a week or two, maybe it can start offering suggestions in the form of push alerts: "Hey, bring a towel outside today! You're going to sweat." Weather is one of the few areas we've personalized. We toss numbers at users and expect them to adjust accordingly. Surely we can do better than that.
