Startup Idea: Unified Software Platform for Retail Electronics Repair Shop

Startup idea to develop an integrated software system that combines helpdesk ticketing, receipt generation, and cash till operations. The purpose is to streamline the customer check-in/check-out process in retail electronics repair shops, saving time and enhancing user-friendliness.

I currently work in a retail electronics repair company. We have an issue with having to use multiple programs in order to get one thing finished for a customer.

For example we have a help desk ticketing software to keep track of our customers, but we need to use quick books for receipts and run a cash till through another system.

It would be nice to have one program that keeps customers, receipts and a cash till and not have to worry about taking 10 minutes to check a customer in and out. I have found a couple programs and tried a demo but it did not feel user friendly.
