I currently work in a retail electronics repair company. We have an issue with having to use multiple programs in order to get one thing finished for a customer.

For example we have a help desk ticketing software to keep track of our customers, but we need to use quick books for receipts and run a cash till through another system.

It would be nice to have one program that keeps customers, receipts and a cash till and not have to worry about taking 10 minutes to check a customer in and out. I have found a couple programs and tried a demo but it did not feel user friendly.
