Startup Idea: PdaNet Companion for Chrome OS

Startup idea to develop a software solution similar to PdaNet that allows tethering internet from phone to Chrome OS through USB without utilizing mobile hotspot data.

I do a great amount of work online, pdanet allows me to tether me internet without using my hotspot data, but there is no support for Chrome OS. I would do anything to get a similar program for chrome that i can tether through usb to my phone without it counting as my mobile hotspot, i would really do anything for that right now I NEED IT!. ive searched everywhere there is no solution as of yet.
