Startup Idea: All-in-one Realtor Management App for IOS

Startup idea to develop an integrated IOS app for Realtors that combines multiple functionalities including CRM, document management, lead tracking, content generation for social media, note-taking, property sharing, and task management, all integrated within the user's contacts.

I am a Realtor, and would love an app for IOS that manages all my day to day activities-Not synchronizing multiple systems, I'm sick of opening 10 apps to search for something. A CRM that works with my contacts, transaction management that stores documents and gives the ability to edit and sign, lead tracking, facebook post generation, notes (like Evernote, but not connected to a contact or transaction), IDX for sharing listings, and to-do lists. I currently use the following and wish it was all in one app: Close-CRM and relationship management Docscan-to create PDFs Fantastical-Calendar, reminders, to-dos Evernote-notes IOS imessage, email, and contacts Docusign FlexMLS

I know you don't want email related apps, but if it could connect to my contacts, it would be very useful. A lot of Realtors would pay a premium for this to be rolled in to one App. Top producer is a web-based CRM that comes close, but there is no app= just a short cut to their mobile optimized site, and it's not very well run. Very difficult to use.They also don't integrate the documents or link to the contacts on my phone so I have to manually enter everything into top producer, which I do not have time for. It's $35/month and tens of thousands of agents use it because there is no alternative.
