Startup Idea: Automated Matching Software for Staffing Firms

Startup idea to develop a software solution for staffing firms, specifically for recruiters. The software should use existing candidate data to auto match with job positions based on specified parameters. As an example, filterating candidates for a forklift driving job in a certain location, with required credentials and availability.

I am a recruiter in a staffing firm. We already have software that allows us to track out available candidates. What would be really helpful is if there were a software that could use the information we already have, but auto match the candidates to the position.

For example, I need 10 people for a forklift driving opportunity on the Westside of town. If I enter those parameters, the software could provide me a list of everyone that drives forklifts, that live within a given radius of the position, that have already been drug tested and background checked by the company, who are not already on assignment with my company. That would save time and energy on our part.
