Startup Idea: Unified Ecommerce Management Software

Startup idea to develop a software intended for small ecommerce businesses. The program is envisioned to streamline operations by integrating all facets of ecommerce including invoice/order slips, shipping info and customer details in one accessible platform. Notably, the system shall be capable of generating packing slips, providing tracking info to buyers and maintaining a comprehensive record of all transactions.

I run a small ecommerce store and I wish there was a program that could put your invoices/order slips, shipping info and customer info all in one convenient spot.

If when an order was placed you could create a packing slip, notify the purchaser of any tracking info and keep a record of everything all in one place It would be a dream come true.

Having to go through bigcartel, paypal and a third party messaging app to organize everything is a major pain. Makes myself and others feel very stretched out when it comes to dealing with multiple days of heavy orders.

It seems like nothing along these lines exist. Search result yields nothing!
