Startup Idea: AI-enhanced In-Circuit Tester Software

Startup idea to develop an advanced software solution that can integrate with existing in-circuit testers in manufacturing settings. The software would leverage AI technology to increase the detection accuracy of wrong components in an electronic circuit, thereby reducing wasted man hours and RMA quotas in the electronics industry.

I work for a manufacture. My job is a in circuit tester. Often times the tester does not always catch a wrong component. Though I understand is not 100 accurate. But I do wish that is a software that we can add into the program to detect such matters. This problems have costed my company more than 100 hours man labor and huge RMA quota. If we can come up with a solution for upgrades added to incircuit software I think we eliminate this issue. Not just for my company but for the industrial of electronic.
