Startup idea to develop a geo-targeted freelancing platform which allows users to hire freelancers for on-location tasks. This solution helps to bridge geographical barriers to hire freelancers for simple, location-based tasks such as taking photos of specific locations or accessing locally exclusive resources.

I want there to be an easy way for me to hire persons to do some very simple tasks in a remote location, perhaps in a different country.

For example, I want to be able to hire someone to take a picture of a particular house or location in another country.

A very simple and easy task for someone who lives at that location. Another example would be to hire someone to do a simple lookup in a library in another country using a book that is not available for me locally.

There is currently no way to request this work. What about Fiverr? Nope. Fiverr is totally orientated to tasks that can be completed online and NOT locally.

There is no way in Fiverr to search for persons or tasks in particular locations. What about Craigslist? I don't want to send money to anonymous persons I find on the internet. I want to use a 3rd party for safety and to ensure I get my money back if the work is not done.

I have been searching for years for such a solution without success. I have at times hired persons but, it has been difficult and sometimes impossible to find such a person. When I do find someone it is quite expensive because they typically have a very long travel time.
