Startup Idea: Employee Vacation Scheduler for Shift-based Work Systems

Startup idea to develop a software for easy tracking and scheduling of vacation days in a business with multiple shifts and managers. It should visualize available weeks for vacation, show who has claimed a vacation, and include mechanisms for submitting and approving or denying vacation requests.

My business has a lot of management employees and 4 distinct shifts. We have a hard time tracking what vacation days are available to use because only 2 supervisors can be out at the same time.

We need something to easily show what weeks can be taken, who has already claimed a week,etc. It needs to have a mechanism to put in a request for a vacation time period and another one for a manager to accept or deny those requests.
