Startup idea to develop an improved software solution to replace or fix the existing IEX and Kronos tools used in the BPO industry for scheduling and time management, which are currently unreliable and not working properly for some users.

I've been working as of the Queue Administrator in a BPO industry and the Tool that we are using IEX for the agents schedules are not working properly. Sometimes they can access it but some not. Kronos is one of our tool to use for Time in and out.
