Startup idea to create software solutions specifically for the maple syrup industry, with a focus on tracking sap quantity and brix level, correlating weather patterns and assisting in staff management based on high production days predictions.

I work in the maple syrup industry and would like software that was able to track sap quantity and brix level with weather to provide data on high production days which would allow us to staff appropriately based on past seasons data. I would pay $5 for an app that did this.
