Startup Idea: Transportation Software for Real-Time GPS & Traffic Updates

Startup idea to develop an affordable and efficient software that can accurately track GPS locations and live traffic updates. The software should assist drivers in coordinating proper detour routes and closures, efficiently manage multiple devices, and resolve issues related to incorrect GPS signals.

I run a startup transportation service in my home city. I'm looking for something that is affordable and can track traffic and gps coordinates through just on server or piece of software. I run into multiple problems with incorrect gps locations and drivers not able to coordinate the proper detour routes and closures. I need updated software with capabilities to fill my gps location on point and have correct changes and updated routes. I'm using cell phones tablets and computer all at once and it can be a mess when busy.
