Startup Idea: Database Management System for Not-for-Profit Organization

Startup idea to develop a modern, flexible and intuitive database management system for a not-for-profit organization. The system will manage records of deceased individuals and their loved ones, facilitate sending of cards, and track the interaction history of survivors.

I am the Coordinator of Services for a Not for profit. As part of our company we have a database for those that have died, and their loved ones. Currently we use Microsoft Access but this program has become obsolete. I am also the fifth user of it in our 15 year history. The database is beginning to break down and is not as malleable as needed. The basics are the ability to run lists or queries for months for those that have died to send their loved ones cards. It would also be helpful to track when these cards are sent. This database would also help track the longevity of a survivors history with us.
