Startup Idea: House Flipping Budget Application

Startup idea to build a specialized budgeting app for house flippers, featuring functionality to scan receipts, categorise and itemise expenses, calculate gas and mileage, and more. The idea aims to solve the problem of generic budgeting apps not being able to specifically cater to the unique needs of house flippers.

I work in the house flipping business and this is something I have heard many people in my line of work complain about and that is there being no app or program specifically for budgets when flipping houses. I would totally pay for an app that was like a financial journal that could have receipts scanned in for certain stores like Home Depot and Lowe's and somehow itemize everything into separate categories to see how much of the budget was spent on each categorytjese categories would be things like tools bathrooms kitchen floors landscaping Etc.. Then it would have categories for paid work, gas and mileage. This would be something that a ton of people would pay for who are in the flipping business because right now there are just generic budgeting apps for everyday people that are very hard to work with. Yes I have tried to find flipping budgets online but those are too hard to work with because many of them require me to print them out and itemize myself. An app would be genious.
