I WORK IN THE SOCIAL WORK INDUSTRY. I AM AN AID FOR A COMMUNITY BASED PROGRAM FOR ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. Since I work independently it is often a problem for communication between myself, my boss and the consumer I am working with. we have a call in system where I must use the consumers phone to call and enter my personal id number which links me to that consumer. Since I have to call out at the end of each session a way to record the quality and satisfaction of the session would be nice. Something that would allow both me and my consumer to rate the session. Both them and I would enter a number corresponding to whether or not we were happy with the session or if a problem occurred. If this rating could then be immediately sent to my boss so she can follow through on any problems. it often takes days or even weeks to alert her to non emergency problems and get them resolved. I would pay for this software as im sure my company would as well.
