Startup Idea: Real-Time Job/Contact Info Solution

Startup idea to develop a software solution that provides real-time, accurate job and contact information for sales leads. The software should be capable of seamlessly integrating with CRM systems and support incorporation of these leads into marketing campaigns.

I am a sales manager at a mid-sized software company. Being able to hunt and find contacts and leads is somewhat straight forward, but is an arduous process. There are a handful of data-mining solutions available, but they provide questionable or incorrect information, and tend to be overpriced for what they offer. I'd be interested in a solution that would provide real-time job/contact info - with the accuracy of LinkedIn, that allows me to quickly import into my CRM, and allow me to enter these contacts into my marketing campaigns.
