Startup Idea: Office Complex Security Software

Startup idea to develop a software that can effectively manage and monitor an office complex security. This includes automatic door locking or real-time office attendance for ensuring no one is left at the office at night thus preventing potential damage or theft.

i work for a office complex, we currently have 50 offices that are in use. The problem is that we cannot keep track of when the office complex is empty at night since no one stays behind late at night, I think a software that either locks the doors from the outside automatically or informs us that there is no one at the office at a certain time would help us protect damage and theft from happening which has been a problem in the past.
