Startup Idea: Task Accountability App for Property Management

Startup idea to develop an application which facilitates accountability in a property management setup by allowing users to upload picture proofs of task completion.

I work in IT for a property management firm. We need a way to keep our people accountable for tasks by uploading pictures for certain tasks. So basically an app or program that allows us to send out tasks and someone could use there phone to take a picture of the task being completed.
