Startup Idea: University Accounting Software System

Startup idea to develop a software system for universities that keeps track of inter-department expenses, creating detailed reports and notifications of cleared expenses. This software would allow for increased efficiency and communication in expense tracking and book balancing.

I work for a university in the accounting department.

I can never seem to balance my books without the everyday struggles of inter campus expenses. There is nothing in place to assist me in knowing exactly when a particular expense has been cleared in various departments. It is an ongoing stressful,ordeal because I have o go through several screens to find out what has been cleared and fro how much. With the implementation of new rule and no communication this has been very difficult.

I would definitely pay for a software that will let me know what has been cleared almost immediately.

This software has to be one that will link departmental accounts to a particular to create expense reports and list all expenses that has been cleared the previous day.
