Startup Idea: Peachtree Accounting Sales Reconciliation Plug-In

Startup idea to develop a plug-in for Peachtree accounting that simplifies the reconciliation process of cash, credit card and check sales. The tool is intended to alleviate the tedious manual process and should be able to quickly tally and print out total sales based on the form of payment.

I'm the managing owner of a retail computer store. We use Peachtree accounting and want to continue using it. However, each day after the store closes, I need to reconcile the cash drawer, totaling the cash sales, credit card sales, and check sales. I do this on a spreadsheet to ensure everything tallies, because there's no easy way in Peachtree to print out the total sales in cash vs cc vs checks. I have to go thru the invoices individually to see what the form of payment was and list those on a spreadsheet. How about a plug-in that allows Peachtree users to do this easily? I'd buy it.
