Startup Idea: Automated Purchasing Management System

Startup idea to develop a software that automatically sends emails to vendors about delinquent orders and updates the expected ship date. This system aims to optimize the workload of a purchasing manager, simplifying and expediting the ordering process.

I work as a purchasing manager and one of the issues I have is expediting. It takes time to go through all the orders and send emails to all the vendors to expedite. It would be nice to have software that automatically sends emails when an order is delinquent . Also it would also be helpful if the software automatically updated the expected ship date.
