Startup Idea: Customer Tracking System for Cosmetics Company

Startup idea to develop a computerized customer tracking system for a cosmetics company named Makeover Essentials. The system would help them keep track of customer inquiries on certain items which were not available during their initial meeting. It should also manage repeat customer details for easier accessibility and follow-ups.

I work with a cosmetics company called Makeover Essentials. I have a problem where I cannot keep track of customers who request certain items that I may not have at our time of meeting. I would love to have a computerized system in place for tracking customers. The things is I get a lot of repeat customers who I won't be able to sell to again unless I accidentally bump into them or keep their number handy somewhere. I do that only if they ask me because it's a hassle keeping track. I have not tried searching for a solution yet.
