Startup Idea: CRM Data Export Tool for Automotive Retail

Startup idea to design a software solution to automatically export prospects' info including notes in a printable format from CRM systems for automotive retail. This tool needs to translate shorthand to a comprehensive language.

I work in automotive retail as a marketing manager. Every morning, my new and used car manager like to receive a print out of prospects from the day before. To do so, I have to manually open all our prospects in our Contact Relationship Manager (CRM) software and type out notes. I would LOVE to see a way to export info from a system like a CRM that includes notes while translating shorthand to something that can be printed on a landscape page. The salespeople could simply learn the short hand system. I have, and I also asked our current software company. Not possible through them.
