Startup Idea: Browser-Based Online Platform for Designing Website Templates

Startup idea to develop a browser-based online platform that enables users to design their own website templates. The platform should not require any downloads and should provide user-friendly tools to create professional, custom, and free website templates. The template designs should come along with a HTML code that users can copy and paste on their websites.

As I like to design my own websites sites but lacking in the design skills set to create websites templates of my own. I would like to get into the designing of simple website templates as I try develop more of my skills in web design. I am looking a browser-based online platform or software requiring no downloading just browser to design website templates in different designs that will look professional and free. I haven't found an online platform to create my own website templates where by a html code will be provided with design to copy and paste at this time but seen only already made templates.
