Startup Idea: Healthcare Workforce Data Standardization Software

Startup idea to develop software that standardizes healthcare workforce data. This would provide a comprehensive database of healthcare providers and services in various areas, helping in understanding access to different health services more effectively.

I work in nursing and community health, and one of the biggest issues we see is the lack of standardized health care workforce data. There is no standardized database or software that allows us to look at the number (and quality) of health care providers and services in one area. Thus, it's difficult for us to know which areas lack access to which specific kinds of health care. While this is related to health, I believe that a software database of where various kinds of providers work could make an immense difference in our understanding of access to health services.
