Startup idea to create a website that clearly outlines and tracks the specific rules of an organization. It will serve as a digital manual for employees seeking clarity on company policies and etiquette, thus promoting better understanding and a healthier work environment.

I work in retail. And a problem that we have is that no one knows what is going on. I am an employee at a hardware store. And there are rules that the store has that I don't know about. I kissed one of my co-workers one day. And I was telling my boss about how it hurt her feelings. I thought that it might be important for my boss to know that, since we are a small group. But instead of getting the support I was looking for, my boss told me that we do not show affection at work. But that did not make sense, because I have seen her hugging that person before. So it would be cool if there was some kind of website that employees can look at to see the rules for a company. It would help people know what is expected of them instead of having rules you were supposed to follow but were not told.
