I'm an Asdistant Store Manager for a big box retailer, and we have to have a better way of screening applicants. Our systems do mot work well at all. We need some type of way to eliminate candidates with no work experience in retail, because they always seem to fail. Our number one issue in our store is turnover. We lose 109 percent of our hires. If we could cut that number in half that would really benefit our company. If we had software that could eliminate the bad candidates, it would save us lots of time.
