Startup Idea: Retail Recruitment Software

Startup idea to develop a recruitment software specifically tailored for retailers. This tool would aim to effectively screen applicants to weed out those lacking retail experience, thereby aiming to reduce high turnover rates generally experienced in the industry.

I'm an Asdistant Store Manager for a big box retailer, and we have to have a better way of screening applicants. Our systems do mot work well at all. We need some type of way to eliminate candidates with no work experience in retail, because they always seem to fail. Our number one issue in our store is turnover. We lose 109 percent of our hires. If we could cut that number in half that would really benefit our company. If we had software that could eliminate the bad candidates, it would save us lots of time.
