Startup Idea: Startup Idea for Digital Transformation of Small Business Operations

Startup idea to develop a robust software that can help in the transition from paper-based operations to a more organized and digital process. The software should effectively handle growing order volumes and improve overall productivity for a small business which has grown noticeably.

I am the CEO for my small business. We have grown from just me to 68 people over the past 4 years since I got started. When I first started people signed up to work for me. It was a challenge seeing them come and go, so sooner than others.

To my dismay, I have come across a problem that I feel technology could fix. Ever since I started my business I have used a pen and paper. Everything I do, my employees do, is done on paper. Recently it has become more and more complicated as our orders have grown to the 1,000's a day. We revenue on average, 278,000 dollars every 3 days. 3 days is when we flip our cycle.

Us being on paper, with all the orders, things are rough. I am wondering if there is such a technology I can implement that can help us become more organized with our paperwork.
