Startup Idea: License Management Software Solution for Businesses

Startup idea to develop a software tool designed for business analysts or IT managers that enables efficient tracking and management of various purchased software and online licenses. The solution would include features like license expiry tracking, authorized user listing, deactivating licenses for outgoing employees, and cost per authorization analytics.

I am a business analyst trying to find a management tool for various licenses for a 100 person department of a large company. I'm having trouble finding a tool that will track each purchased software/online license, including information like when it expires, which users are authorized, cost per authorization, etc.

Most importantly, there's not a way for me to track who has licenses and who doesn't from my company, and a way to deactivate a users license who leaves the company, quickly and efficiently, on each license that they are registered on. I have found that when people leave the company they are still using their licenses that we pay for. This is a problem that costs the company money and strains our budget.
