Startup Idea: Automated Resource Sheets Compilation Software
I am currently volunteering at a social work organization as part of my training to become a social worker. Part of my job is to create resource sheets. These are spreadsheets that have a vast amount of contact information. For example, I made on yesterday that had The names of a large number of local charitable organizations, their contact information, and who was in charge. It took me 3 hours to complete this. We have a number of other projects under way and my time could have been much better spent elsewhere, but this needed doing. I know that a number of other industries need resource sheets like this as well. If there were a piece of software that could compile this information, it would save vast amounts of time for a lot of people, myself included. One place to start with a product such as this would be with a place where you could list either a company's website, and have it then scan through these websites for applicable information.
