Startup Idea: Automated Business Change Management Software

Startup idea to develop an automated software solution for managing 'changes' in businesses. The program would identify the problem, communicate it to the team and to the company, eliminating the need for manual management of change queue, meetings, and company-wide notifications.

I am a product support analyst at my job and my team handles what we call 'changes'. Changes are anything that happens that might change the flow of business. For example if AT&T has to do an update to our software, and there will be an outage, the manager would have to enter the issue into the 'change queue' which is located in HP Service Manager, our team has to send out a company-wide notification, and every Tuesday and Thursday, we have a conference call to discuss these changes.

Ideally, the whole process should be automated. That would cut out 2 timely meetings a week, sending notifications out and receiving backlash from disgruntled employees, and the team having to monitor the change queue.

If there was a software program that could cut out most of the 'human' element of this process, that would be great for our team.

The software would have one step - by immediately identifying the problem, it would send a message to the team, send a message to the company, and that would be that - one step.
