I am a purchasing manager and I have to track costs daily from multiple quotes. I have to print paper copy of All the quotes to keep them organized. It would be nice to have a program to automatically sort these quotes and organize them in to categories of digital files for easy comparison and access

This would not only savy paper but also alow the copies to be stored on the network so that other employees can view the quote from thier computer.
