Startup Idea: Automated Task and Delivery Tracker for Large Teams
The problem: We used to have small teams of 2-5 people that have now grown to 12-14 people. We work on analyzing policies in different areas, however this idea could be relevant to multiple industries. Since we help them do so many analyses and are consistently delivering work products to them that look into multiple parts of any policy/regulation, we often lose track of what has been sent, by whom, when, and the nature of the product.
Instead of a boring cloud based spreadsheet like we have now, a great solution would be something that is updated automatically with the author's information. That way a lot of time can be saved in filling out basic information that stays relatively consistent throughout. If it had dropdown menus that the user could pre-populate, even better. What would be great if this could be loaded on the SharePoint or be somewhere that can be accessed by multiple people at the same time so that the system is not closed while another is using it.
