Startup Idea: Judgment Disagreement Evaluation Software

Startup idea to develop a software tool to evaluate yes/no value judgements made on images and tags by a team of 4-10 judges. The software should generate a spreadsheet correlating images with process disagreements, replacing the need for manual collation of HTML files.

I partially manage a team of judges at my workplace, we use an HTML based image judgment tool. However we have no way to easily correlate judged images to process disagreements, we have to manually collate and sort these html files. We could use a software to evaluate a set of yes/no value judgements on certain image qualities and tags, and generate a spreadsheet for disagreements between 4-10 judges.
