Startup Idea: Online Pharmacy Refill Request System

Startup idea to develop an intuitive online software solution to streamline refill requests in a retail pharmacy. It seeks to replace the obsolete system of phone calls and keypad entry with a more user-friendly method that reduces congestion and confusion.

I work in a retail pharmacy; presently the only means my company has for customers to enter refill requests is to either call and talk to a staff member or to enter the numbers on a keypad. This leads to congested phone lines and often confused customers.

It would be great if there was some easier to use method for customers to access technology to enter refills.
