Startup Idea: Automatic Order Processing and Notification System

Startup idea to develop a software capable of automating labor intensive data entry tasks by processing online order forms, saving them into a database, and notifying when the orders are in place and ready to be processed, eliminating the need for manual excel spreadsheets.

The industry that I am working in is industrials. The big pain point in my daily work is the labor intensive data entry that is not yet solved by software. We have many order forms to process into a manual excel spreadsheet and couldn't yet automate well enough. This would be a great problem for software to solve if the company decides to pay for it. The software could automatically configure the forms when there were being processed online and saved into a database. And somehow the database will notify when the orders are in place and will get processed. No manual excel work.
