Startup Idea: Centralized Call Center Data Entry Software

Startup idea to develop a more consolidated and efficient software for call center operators. This new software will aim to minimize the number of screens required for inputting caller information, thus saving time and maintaining call quality by allowing operators to focus on their conversation.

I work in a call center for car payment collections. When we are through with a call we need to write about what happened and kind of update the account on what we talked about. We also have to update the Place of employment and update phone numbers. The software we use is so ridiculously spread out and we have to go to over 25 different screens to input all the information they are asking us to input. If there was a way we could just put it all on one screen it would help out incredibly and save so much time. For now we have been trying to just type out the information while we type but then it takes away from the quality of the call because Im busy doing something else. I try to solve the problem by typing and talking but that takes away from the quality of the call so its not really a solution just something that could make customers upset.
