Startup Idea: Simple Collaborative Project Status Tracker

Startup idea to develop a simple, collaborative platform that tracks the current status of multiple projects in real-time. The tool should be user-friendly and allow for easy exporting to PPT. The platform will ideally streamline the process of maintaining and communicating project status, reducing dependency on complex systems or ad-hoc solutions like spreadsheets and JIRA.

I am the Head of Business Systems at a major technology company. I am running a number of different projects and sprint at any given time, and we usually leverage JIRA for this. However, I am looking for a simple platform to track the most recent status of all projects.

We normally use google docs, or send around spreadsheets, and even occasionally use JIRA. Ideally, this would be as simple as a checklist that could be collaborative, and extremely easy to use. Export to PPT would be a plus. Yes, there are solutions our there but most are too robust for our needs.
