Startup Idea: Firearm Training Progress Tracker Software

Startup idea to develop a software that aids firearms instructors in tracking clients' progress. The program would mathematically measure the average group size versus time taken to fire. It would integrate with existing shot timers to import data and use photographic measurement for calculating group size.

I am a firearms instructor, I often work with repeat customers, it would be value to have software keep track of their progress mathematically, by measuring average group size v.s time taken to fire; There are various shot timers on the market that can export data, and group size could be.measured via a photo with inch grid references. No program is available to my knowledge.
