Startup Idea: Unified Social Media Management Program

Startup idea to build a software tool that provides a centralized platform for handling multiple social media platforms. The software should notify users about new activities and facilitate post uploading across all platforms.

I manage several social media pages spanning from youtube,twitter,facebook,instagram, pintrest and snapchat I use several programs to manage them all but something that would really help would be a program that would update you on activity on all social media and allow you to post from that same program.
