I work in an outpatient substance abuse and mental wellness clinic. I have a caseload of about 50 to 6 individuals and I am responsible for linking and coordinating them with other services within the community. This requires ALOT of work.

Unfortunately with all of the inquiries and needs of the clients throughout the day, I find it very difficult to keep track of phone calls and needs without taking a substantial amount of time throughout the day to listen to voicemails and write them all down. By the time I have listened to 5 to 10 voicemails at a time, there is another voicemail waiting and I am spending valuable time listening to and jotting down voicemail information.

Having a system that can create a document of the phone number and information spoken within a voicemail without me having to check it would be a very huge help. I could definitely be more productive. Furthermore having a phone system that could identify feelings within a voicemail (such as someone crying or speaking in a tone that would suggest frustration and or distress) would also be helpful in identifying which messages require immediate assistance. This service would be well worth a yearly subscription as it would greatly increase productivity within the company.
