Startup Idea: Project Management Software for Artists and Creatives

Startup idea to create an intuitive and artist-focused project management tool, taking into account unique aspects such as commissions, project details, medium type, due dates, and contact information of the client. The platform should have features for daily reminders, saving past clients' details, the ability to group related projects, and tracking earnings and completed projects. It should also provide support for writing and other creative projects.

I am an independent illustrator and also a student. I make most of my money from individual clients commissioning me for a single work. I struggle with keeping track of my commissions, homework, and personal projects. At the moment I just usually use a google sheet, but it's not super practical and I would really like something with an actual focus towards artists. The things I usually list out are: Details of the commission/assignment, medium/digital, price, contact information, date due (if applicable), reference images, class/professor (if applicable) etc. It'd be especially useful if it could remember the names of people who have commissioned me in the past. Being able to have it remind me to work on them once a day would be a great feature. Huge bonus if it could group commissions together (for a project, or say somebody wants me to design multiple chars., etc) and/or a way to keep stats on how much I make + complete. It would be great if it could support writing + other creative projects too! Sorry if this is too much.

Searched for "project planner" but it mostly led me to apps that didn't really work well. At the moment I write stuff in a google doc.
